rewinding machine
Scope of application:
1. Inspection and metering: Wind finished or semi-finished wires and cables from one package to another for quality inspection and length metering.
2. Splitting and re-reeling: Split long coils of wires and cables into required lengths, or re-reel them to meet different packaging and transportation requirements.
3. Rewinding of materials such as copper wire, aluminum wire, and iron wire: Rewind these materials on reels as auxiliary equipment for wire production (extruder) and stranding of stranding machines
Component parts:
• Pay-off device: Responsible for releasing the wire from the original package, usually using a shaftless swing arm pay-off method.
• Tension control system: Maintain stable tension of the wire throughout the rewinding process through tension sensors, tension control devices, and tension adjustment devices.
• Winding/rewinding device: Includes a reel device and a drive device, used to receive the original rolled items and transfer them to the collection reel.
• Traction device: Such as a double-wheel traction machine, responsible for conveying the wire forward to ensure the smooth progress of the rewinding process.
• Wire take-up device: including wire take-up machine and wire arrangement device, which neatly winds the rewound wire onto the take-up reel.
• Metering device: used to measure and record the length of the wire to ensure the accuracy of the rewound length.
• Control system: equipped with PLC and human-machine interface, used to monitor and control various parameters in the rewinding process, such as tension, speed, length, counting, etc.
